Joseph, were you stalking me?? How did you know that I was wearing my Orange Leavenworth Shirt and my festive Spring Woodland Camos.
The event was more or less a trade show with different vendor tents around a smallish field. There was a two hour long line waiting to get into the GeoWoodstock Store.
It was nice to add five more states to the map. But caching around GW7 was kind of like bunch ball. The only reason I had to turn on my GPS was to log field notes. I just had to follow the crowds and sign the logs. It was kind of tedious after a while...
It was worth the trip and the experience, but I am not sure that I will be doing it again soon. I think I like the Ph.A.T. trips a little better.
BTW GW8 is in Seattle next year. |
